Pacific Northwest Herding Club was established 2009 as a nonprofit corporation in Washington state.

Pacific Northwest Herding Club Objectives

Furthering the advancement of all herding breeds with all herding styles
Protecting and advancing the interests of herding tests and trials and encouraging sportsmanlike conduct at such events
Conducting herding tests and trials
Disseminating knowledge, conducting classes in and promoting the training of herding dogs
Disseminating knowledge, conducting classes in and promoting the training of livestock care
Encouraging the training of judges
