2020 Annual Meeting, Nominations and Elections

In accordance with our Bylaws, the annual meeting shall be held in the month of June, at which time officers and directors for the ensuing year shall be elected from among those nominated.   This year the annual meeting will be held on Wednesday June17 via teleconference.  Due to Covid-19, the all-member Barbecue has been canceled.

Also in accordance with the Bylaws, the Board appointed a nominating committee consisting of Barbara Davenport, Ashley Wright and Gabrielle LaRoche.  The nominating committee determined that all exiting Board members are willing to serve another term, and as such is recommending the following slate to serve for July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021:

President - Carol Wolfram

Vice President - Claudia Dickerson

Secretary - Gabrielle LaRoche

Director - Lisa Klein

Director - Nancy Macklin

Additional nominations may be made at the June meeting by any member in attendance, provided that the person so nominated does not decline when their name is proposed, and provided further that if the proposed candidate is not in attendance at the meeting, the propose shall present to the Secretary a written statement from the proposed candidate signifying willingness to be a candidate
